NewsAloud is a personal news agent that finds the stories you want and then reads them aloud using an artificial voice. The program offers various categories of (Yahoo) news to choose from and you can select the ones that interest you. Once the news stories are retrieved you can select to listen to selected items, export them to WAV or MP3 format or mark them for later. NewsAloud also allows you to simply launch the associated news web site or view the article in plain text format. NewsAloud supports ATT&T Natural Voices, which sound much better than the (included) Microsoft voices, however they must be purchase separately.
