Your messages are not getting into queue of outgoing messages of all other clients of your ISP. GEM gives you instant confirmation of delivery by checking the address before it sends, which eliminates the dreaded "Mail undeliverable" messages you can get several hours after the event. You may create Groups of addresses in the internal Address Book and send highly personalized message to members of the whole group in your Address Book with one click of the mouse. EasyMail also offers Mail merge capabilities to personalize your messages and has full support for HTML mail. Nice interface and very well documented.
