FastStone Photo Resizer is an image processing tool, that offers smart image resizing, as well as various other features, including watermarking (text or image overlay), cropping, (batch)renaming, image rotation, color adjustments and more. It includes some nice features like using EXIF data in watermarks, as well as drop shadow text and renaming schemes based on file properties.
