Express Assist (EA) is the a Backup and Restore utility for Outlook Express users. It offers many features, including the ability to search for and view messages in the backup without restoring them. It allows you to restore lost lost messages without losing the current mail folders or retrieve them as text or .EML files. Backup items include rules, mail and news options, blocked sender list, email account settings, user parameters as well as all or selected mail folders. In addition to Outlook Express items, EA can also backup your IE favorites, settings, cookies and more as well as some additional Windows files. Express Assist can be scheduled to run automatically and provides optional zip compression to reduce the size of your backup files. Supports Outlook Express 5, 5.5 and 6.
