This program can sync your computers' Outlook and copy any new or changed e-mails, calendar items, contact, tasks or notes to the other computers to make sure they all have the latest Outlook data. It works with normal PST files as well as Exchange server accounts. You can either synchronize your data or make copies (for a backup) or merge multiple calendar/contact folders into one team calendar / team contact folder. The sync can be done manually with confirmations or completely automatic with a tray icon or running as NT service. The sync of e-mail is even possible for folders that have different names (like contact and contactos). Easy2Sync for Outlook contains a wizard to guide you through the setup and folder sharing, so that you will only have to choose what you want to synchronize - the wizard will do all the technical things for you. Synchronizing Outlook has never been easier, especially if you want to run the sync automatically. The software can synch at windows startup or shutdown, at time intervals or certain times, when drivers are mounted or when you click on a desktop link.
