Cropper is a unique screen capture utility that allows you to capture portions of your desktop and automatically save the output to a file, copy it to the clipboard or send it to a printer. It offers a resizable, translucent capture area that can be moved and sized freely to capture the portions that you want to grab. The program also includes a thumbnail feature that can automatically resize the capture and save it as thumbnail version instead. Cropper can save images in BMP, JPG and PNG format.
