Bersirc is a feature rich and nicely designed IRC chat client for Windows. It comes with a long list of features like: Multiple Server support, finger client support, DCC File Transfers and Chat, Smart Paste, Object Pascal Scripting, Internet Time Support (Swatch Netbeats) , Channel List Support, Favorite Channels list, Ident Server, AutoJoin on Invite, AutoRejoin on Kick as well as fully configurable date formats. Bersirc also features a ICQ like notify list, advanced filtering and a highly configurable user interface and a built in IRC user guide.
