Atomic Time Synchronizer is a small utility to keep your PC clock synchronized with an NIST atomic time server. You can set it to check every X hours and automatically sync your PC clock when it differs from the official time. In addition, Atomic Time Synchronizer can also act as a time server, allowing other machines on the network to connect and retrieve the time. Supports Socks4, Socks4A, Socks5, and HTTP proxies.
