I use WinContig w/ JKDefragGUI + NTREGOPT and PageDefrag as a poor man`s PerfectDisk 2008.

Easy to use and fast. It would be good to have an API documentation; sources would be great!

Free, fast, clean... the best defrag program with GUI, but not strong as Sysinternals Contig (against big files). It would be good to see WinContig released with an open source license.
