I have struggled with my pentium3, 512mb ram for some time was using Windows98 and after also using Windows NT on another computer decided to use Windows XP Pro?. After a while my system degraded so I reloaded XP. All sorts of processes kept on taking over and freeze the machine. I tried a couple of RAM products but then found Win Cleaner. My computer runs like it was new and as an older citizen who has had a lot of computer usage experience this product is easy to use, unobtrusive and works. thanks for a great free product. I would thoroughly recommend it for any who has an older machine and is trying to run Windows XP.

This is a great program! I noticed a major difference in speed right away (I only have 256MB). I have tried several other optimizers that dragged my system down when they were working to the point where I couldn't work until they were finished. This program is very unobtrusive and it works. THANK YOU!

This is a handy little tool for people who have an older pc with 256mb of memory. The program takes and Optimizes the Ram and memory nicely. You can definitely see a noticeable difference in speed of your machine. See for yourself if you have a slower machine , give it a shot.

I too only have small 256 mg ram older pc and have tried many free ram tools this one really works well. Most other ones I used would actually slow my pc or worse. So i recommend this tool.

Unfortunately, my computer came with only 256 MB's of RAM, so I have tried several different programs (mostly free)that promise to maintain an acceptable level of RAM. Some work, others fail miserably, so am still looking. Overall, WinCleaner Memory Optimizer shows a lot of promise and maintains the 90 to 120 MB's, or about 50% of total available RAM, I find is necessary to do most things. Online, I use the "Free RAM on Alarm Level" setting and that works fine. Offline however, I find it disconcerting when it interrupts to 'do it's thing'.

Gotta agree. it does appear to work and bring back memory to system that has been lost due to poorly written apps. I just run it manually, no "auto" mode for me.

This program keep my computer working much better than before I installed it. Also, I don't need to restart my computer as I often as I had to. It's fully automatic and its free. I highly recommend it.
