While your watching a video, Tubemaster is saving it for you. You can watch it again later in the Tubemaster format (flv) or convert it to AVI, MP4 (for Ipod), Mpeg or WMV. Or, if you just want the sound, MP3! (cool) Unlike the previous review, Tubemaster converted my video to AVI with no problems. Thanks a Mill !

First the good news: The embedded FLV capture worked not just with YouTube but with similar sites such as Metacafe. The MP4 and MPEG conversions worked OK, but the AVI ones did not, so some attention may be required here. The program is no install, so can be run from a USB stick. Apart from the AVI problem, this is good freeware and worth a look.
