This utility does exactly what it says. It allows you to run any program as administrator. It also protects you from misuse by the standard account holder. You must specify a directory to use in the settings. If you do not, the utility will not work. For instance use c:. I have found the utility useful to enable anti-virus software to function with administrative authority. Overall it is strait forward to use.
