Easy to use 2.User friendly instructions 3.Added features impressive 4.Interface-very creative 5.Interactive-skins/effects 6.Saves time and hassle to the conventional methods in email attaching/recording 7. Works extremely well with my default outlook 2003. Lastly, you don't have to be an expert to use this. It's super EASY and refreshing.

This is nice, works just fine. It's a very useful tool for sending voice messages. I have no problems with it. Nice and recommendable...

This is a really cool app! I found it intuitive and very easy to use. I sent off a couple of voice mails to some friends and they came back to me saying: how did you do that? Well, just check it out!

I have used one or two others which record an mp3/wma/wav and attach it to an email, but this one has a few extras that make it a bit better than the others. Outlook integration is nice and helps remind me that i have the thing installed :-)

Could not hear play back

I raised my volume on the speaker knob and the speaker icon and could not hear the playback. I aslo raised the volume on the Speak-A-Message but it records way to low and it is hard to hear.
