It really has a horrible interface with a lot of bugs. Also, it may have a lot of uncommon features, but is missing a lot of common ones.

Phot0bie really is a great freeware graphics editor. It may not be eye candy in it's ui, but it is a great alternative to PSP and similar $hareware editors. Well done Mr. Chen (the developer)!! Those of us who appreciate truly FREE freeware are grateful for you kind works!
