I don't understand how there can be much qualitative difference between bin files or iso files created by different software. They are either images or they aren't. Phantom CD works fine for me. Maybe I've overlooked something about the major competitor, but if the virtual freeware drive can read only the proprietary images created by purchasing additional software from the developers, I'll stick with Phantom. Phantom truly plays bin files as though they were CDs. For the price, I don't see how I could do any better.

For whatever reason, it won't work too well for me. More like a Phantom app. I did finally manage to get it to read the image I had but only after numerous tries. I gave it a chance but it's too buggy for me. I'll stick with others instead.

This app does exactly what it is supposed to do, no problems there. The issue is that there is another popular app of this kind that is free, allows multiple virtual drives and does not toss ads at you. Can I say it? Virtual Clone Drive
