MyFlixer had problems getting the ID it needed from the netflix website during the setup process. If I didn't know already what it was looking for (by being a computer geek, I guess), I wouldn't have had a clue. They need to tell those less savvy how to get the ID manually, especially since it is so easy to do! The biggest problem is that the listed items were not in synch with what the website said. In particular, the "At Home" and "Recent Returns" lists were always incorrect.
