Hard to believe that a previous reviewer ( Sam the Man) actually had "problems" with this superb piece of 5 Star software. .NET Framework should already have been on his computer,had he kept it updated regularly. Help is available via the Company website using their own knowledge Base.Failing that (dare I state the obvious) an email could have been sent asking for some advice! A free program which seamlessly integrates with Windows and worthy of its 5 star status.

Would be nice to be able to save to memory stick etc. Burned 353 mails to CD no probs.

A spot on program. My only suggestion? Please add Incredimail import option. My wife is high maintenance on this issue...

Nice app! Looking for something like this quite a while! Fast search - Firebird backend :) Only missing scheduled backup!

Works fine, but when you launch it, its very slow to open. I think I could open Outlook and do a search before Mailstore opens and is ready to use. Mail backup is the plus. Searching is painful.
