One that works (at last)
I've tried a few Encryption programs that claim to de-crypt themselves at the other end. The problem I've encountered with popular free email providers such as Hotmail or Yahoo,is either such an attachment is permanently quarantined at the other end (in the case of Hotmail) or the .exe file is somehow altered when it's attached (Yahoo) so when you download it at the other end,the .exe is just classed as a "file" and the PC cannot recognize any way to open it (so much for self decrypting program). I've had this with Iron Key and Filevault. Both their files are somehow screwed up by Yahoo. Yet,Iopus worked. The file is still an .exe (.cab option available,to disguise the fact from picky email blocks) but works at the other end. My only gripe is the final file size. Massive. A 20kb picture ends up at 130-180kb in size. Only good for one or two files really unless you've a very large inbox.
