This software just does not work. After using VNC for a while and having it quit working, we switched to hidden admin. the documentation is hard to read for English speaking people (he is Russian) and there is no good English version of the docs. the author replied to all my emails but ran out of suggestions quickly. his last suggestion was to wait for the new version a month from now and see if that fixes things...

One of the best...but.....

This is a program that compares with just about any of the very expensive shareware versions and in that respect is a great program, now for the bad news, the mouse pointer is probably the slowest of any of the remote programs which sadly makes it almost totally unusable for any remote desktop work.
