Very good
Works well and is easy to use; the icons are very well done. The only thing I dislike about the Free version is that the folder color settings aren't "portable" (what the author calls "distributable", the icon is located in the folder), which isn't a problem if you don't move your folders around (on the same machine or onto other machines)--you need the Home (shareware) version for that.

This is a must-have!
I love this program! It works, it's easy and it makes it so easy for frequently used folders to stand out in a list. Very light on resources too.

Great product
Clean, well designed software that does exactly what it says it does. I use an alternate windows explorer called XYPlorer, and it works fine there also.

Excellent
I try a LOT of software, every day of my computer geek life :-) Most get uninstalled after a couple uses. This one is still here and still in use. I like that I can visually differentiate certain folders, using colors, icons and even custom imported icons. The restore to default works fine for me, I must have gotten lucky :-)

Very good utility but...
After downloading and testing the functionality of v1.3, I found a major bug (and confirmed that with the author). "Restore Default" does not currently work and will be fixed in the next release. So beware, before you start changing folder icons that you will NOT be able to restore the default look of your folders in Explorer. On a more positive note: the program has a very good interface and is easy to use. I especially like the feature that enables you to access the utility via the short-cut menu while you are in Explorer. Right click the folder and left click your change. It is that easy!
