Finally tried it
I really can't say much different than others, it's not something that can't be done easily in notepad or whatever text editor. Nothing special except it makes things slightly easier. So if you don't feel like using notepad, just use this. I have a couple of replace character scripts that will do the same too but it's free and already put together so you can't lose either.

Notepad shortcut
I can do the same thing with the replace all function in notepad. Not that a good shortcut isn't a good thing, but this one is just too useless for me.

Way sweet program
I Hate those little >> thingys, and this cleans them right up. My wife commented on the program on my desktop, though - "Email Stripper, eh?" I can't believe it's not more popular. The version I have doesn't have an installer, it's simply an .exe file - which is fine by me. Just open and use - it's that simple. As far as features: it does what it is supposed to do. Nuff said. I like the program.

Great tool
The stripper works well with all OS and ISP's. Who wants email with brackets and out of line. This is a great program that was well designed.
