But thats about it. Other features you can live without. Last version I installed slowed the browser to a crawl. Memory usage with it installed was 147,453 k and after it was out explorer was using 27,567k. Major difference. Also the pop-up blocker wouldn't let some necessary windows open which required to go back in there and shut it off. There is such a thing as overkill.

Yes it scans slow and does slow your system down while scanning. Clam is ok but don't count on it for your first line, it misses a lot. Got adware pop up windows on my machine while the real time protection was on and it couldnt find it. Only one that caught it was super anti-spyware. Even Adaware SE was in the dark. Can you spell uninstall!

This site only rates it a 2 1/2 however it really is very good. Has realtime protection that doesnt go crazy like ... teatime on every little thing. Scanning is fine and I have not had any false positives. Not a resource hog either.

This is truly still the best protection out there,however this definitions update is for the birds. Downloading the entire file is great if you have roadrunner but the server hardly works at all lately. Makes you want to switch....

This firewall seems to do the best job of the freebees. Ad blocking, E-mail attach scanning and many other features. Easy setup too. Did a security test on it along with anti-vir(great program) and(spybot)also good. These three together got a really good rating.

It's hard to find a browser that you like everything about, but this ones pretty good. It has a tendency to lock up on occasions and you will crash and have to start over. I've tried them all and this is the best right now until internet explorer gets its act together.

Slowed down my browser to a crawl,Popup stopper missed plenty of ads and weather button displayed wrong temp. and conditions for my area. Other features worked ok but who needs them when the three I mentioned have alot to be desired.
