What a superb product! as a novice, I was looking for a simple program to shorten wav files (to use in a Flash movie) but this program makes me itch to know more. Truly outstanding. Thanks to audacity and SnapFiles. Vincent

This program is just too simple. There is no assitance for the interface. I think it might be okay for experts, but for a novice like me, it simply is too obscure. I have a feeling that it might be my ignorance, but suffice is to say that the real amateur like me, shouldn't use this product. (Perhaps the author would like to comment?) Vincent

Liked the product a lot. Needed to convert wma to wav format. Worked very well. Found the album and other screen interfaces a little obscure - probably my 'intuition' with players that isn't well developed yet. Complimentns to SnapFiles. Right on the button again. vincent (note: in my opinion there should an n/a field in the price/value rating as 'excellent' is the only possible rating on freeware and this might distort the rating.)

This works. It is simple and has no sting in the tail - like watermarks or pop-ups. Snapfiles itself is a great site - thank you.
