Easy to use, but takes a bit of time to figure out how it works in the beginning. Kind of annoying that it won't save icons as .gif and it can't open the frames that were saved as bmps. Great for making cursors and animated cursors though.

Nice and easy to use, though if the image originally had a white background, after splitting, the bmps end up with a gray and white checkered pattern.
