I rely on this tool daily to handle desktop troubleshooting on mutliple users computers. It also helps keep up with hardware and software info on networked machines. The included database is the life saver for quick audits. Love the ability to check event logs, credentials, etc without directly interrupting co-workers.

I use it to help restore old profile settings when making extensive computer changes for users and myself. Helps find items that aren't stored in the system registry but exist in the user's registry system.
