I don't know the reason why many people gives negative reviews to this program. In order to enjoy it you should have broadband,a good headset and be able to read(to set it up right).I speak with people all over the world and it sound fantastic.Another factor is to close other programs.If you use a mic it will create an echo at the other end, because you're listening thru your speakers.

Excelent software,not a resource hugger like norton pro,easy to use and configure,and what else you can ask for free!!
