Great program - impossible to download

The program is great, but it is very frustrating to download. It takes days to get it, and you are better off finding it on some 3rd party site. I can't understand why Snapfiles doesn't put it on their server, so it can be downloaded directly. I thought that's what we were paying for.

Without a doubt this backup program is the absolute best. I ve tried them all and this one does everything. The rating here is all wrong, it deserves 5 stars.
