Norton, Mcafee, adaware, spybot, etc, none of them told me my windows media player was infected with cwshredder, but I couldn't keep the sysupd.exe spyware from coming back. I used safe mode several times to kill the sysupd. Always would come back, finally while looking at some video clips online, I noticed every time i clicked on the link to view the video, sysupd tried to access out thru my firewall. When cwshredder ran and said my windows media player was infected and cleaned, I put two and two together. No more sysupd. and this guy deserves a donation!

It was easy to use, and didn't put any adware on my puter, but it never connected with any kazaa sites to download any music, all it said was searching, connecting or reconnecting. The searches I did, found alot of music listed. There was a funky 3rd party spyware program that seemed like it was gonna be a pain so I removed it.
