Simple but effective

Cookie Monster does what it says. It eats cookies! You can make a list of cookies you'd like to save (both in Internet Explorer and Firefox--which are labeled in the interface), and then eat all the rest with a single click. It's not the most fully featured cookie manager on the market, but it does what I need. And you can't beat the price.

Audio Record Expert is very easy to use. It captures any audio that goes through your sound card, including streaming internet radio. It's very easy to use, and there's no need for any special configuration. Just pick a source, pick an output rate and hit record. Volume is not dependent on your own speaker volume when recording through the sound card.
