Premium support for usd 39
Opera
I found that Opera operates like a open source org, not a software company. As such, they shouldn't charge money for what they call 'premium support'. As near as I can tell it consists of one gentleman, (name) Technical Service Consultant, Opera Software. He has a very straightforward approach to paid support. He never burdens either you or himself with queries about system or environment, or embarrasses with questions about level of expertise, or bothers to clutter email with lengthy explanations or possible solutions. He simply refers you to FAQ links. I already know how to consult FAQ's. I didn't need to pay Opera to enlighten me on that. I requested a refund, but haven't heard anything. Based on the technical support, I don't envision the sales support to be of any higher calibre, and I don't expect to ever see my USD 39 again.

The ace of cleaners
Registry First Aid version 4.0
Registry First Aid is the best registry cleaner I've found (and I've tried many). It's quick and easy to use and finds more than just about any other (very close second to Reg Organizer). Its main weakness, imho, is its lack of a good editing facility, but for most users of cleaners, that's a total "don't care!". If you need more versatility for browsing/editing, look at Reg Organizer, but if you just want to keep your registry relatively clean, you can't go wrong with Registry First Aid (I have both and use them both when and where appropriate).

Kiss other cleaners/utilities goodbye!
Reg Organizer version 2.5
Reg Organizer is about the best all in one registry tool out there! It does automated cleaning, and is more efficient about it than most, recognizing entries as possibly valid when other utilities would say they're invalid and trash them (e.g., entry that leaves off the '.exe' in an executable would be invalid to most, but Reg Organizer recognizes that this could be what has happened!). You can also do amazing registry editing _without_ affecting the registry itself until you want it to. Others frequently just call the native regedit/regedit32 or their own variation that is hardly any more forgiving. Whether you just want a good registry cleaner or a powerful registry browser/editor (with amazing search!), or both, Reg Organizer is the ticket! I wouldn't be without it!

Best on the market
MailWasher Free version 2.0.40
Though not as full featured as some, still MailWasher is exceptionally good. I use MailWasher Pro 5.0 and it's saved me a lot of work. I no longer have to manage spam folders in my email client or quarantine areas kept on my disk. It only goes to my client/disk if I want it! That's GREAT! If you want something extremely easy to use with a modest interface/feature set/price, then you can't go wrong with MailWasher! P.S. Nick Bolton's gang at Firetrust are most helpful and friendly
