Help at last!
Autoplay Repair version 2.2.0
I have been trying to repair my iTunes automatic import for months without success. No matter how I manually set up the file associations it was no go. Less than 1 minute after opening AP Repair, all was peaceful on iTunesLand again. A MUST have - just in case you ever need it!

Unbelievably accurate!
G-Lock SpamCombat version 2.70
Like many others, I've tried almost every shareware/freeware anti-spam program available. Some were promising to start, but none lived up to the claims the authors made. This one does the trick. No matter which mail client you use, if you can insert this between your server and your mail downloader, this will stop EVERY piece of spam I've come across so far. The unbelievable part about it is - that's it's usable forever without requiring a license for the basic version! I never would have known that if I hadn't explored their website. I will wind up buying the registered one - not because I need it, but because I think good software authors should be rewarded and encouraged for their work.

Wow!
SpamExperts Desktop version 1.1.5.11
I keep searching for the "perfect" spam filter, and this one is about as good as it comes. It REALLY actively learns good from bad - much more so than other shareware and freeware programs promise to do. Easy to setup, virtually no configuration, and everything is reversible. Perfect!

The best anti-virus for any money
avast! Home Edition version 4.7.892
I am completely confident that this is the best anti-viral protection you can find anywhere. The fact that is is free is just icing on the cake. I use ZoneAlarm Pro as a firewall, avast! for...and a freebie program called Spamihilator (you can find it here)for, well, spam. Great combo for me.

This is the one!
Spamihilator version 0.9.9.9
I've tried many spam filters - commercial, shareware, and freeware, and this one definitely comes out on top. Easy to use, full featured, fast learning - you name it, it's got it.

Only the best!
Weather Watcher version 5.6.14
I have tried (as far as I can tell) almost every weather tracking program there is, and have always come back to this one. It has come to the point where I don't even look anymore. This is one of the best pieces of software I've ever had the pleasure to use. Fully configurable, great interface, does exactly what almost anyone would want.

Free but...
Smart Defrag version Beta 1
Great idea, in that it allows for fulltime background defrag. Bad idea in that it conflicts with a goodly number of other programs and caused both crashes and lockups on my machine. Heck, free is free, but...

Wow!
Loki for Firefox version 1.1.0.12 beta
Best Firefox add-on I've come across. It takes full advantage of your wi-fi connection to do a multitude of handy things - find a restaurant, cheap gas, what's playing at the movies, how much your house is worth - simply amazing!

Simply the best!
Ad Muncher version 4.7
The BEST investment you can make to enhance your web browsing experience. Stops ALL pop-ups without any complicated configuration.

Nice!
Desktop Calendar version 0.42b
The only feature I would add (and I'll email the developer in a moment) is alarms. The program is simple but very configurable. Excellent piece of work!!

You've got nothing to lose
Copernic Desktop Search version 1.2
Being a longtime user of Copernic Agent Personal, I was excited to see another addition to the family. As we all know, searching for stuff through Windows built-in feature is time consuming, limited in ability, and not as accurate as it could be. Copernic eliminates these problems and is lightning quick. Not bad for a free program - better than other shareware indexing programs I've tried before. This one is a keeper.

Wow!
Mozilla Firefox version 1.0
I have been a MyIE2/Maxthon user almost since its first release. I have toyed with Mozilla and Netscape - both too big and slow. In just 2 days, I've made Firefox my only browser. Loads quickly, more than enough options, extensions, and themes, and it's just powerful. Combine that with the security upgrade gained from IE based browsers, and you've got a keeper.
