Doesn't convert my asf files

I was trying to convert the asf files from my digicam. They play just fine in windows media player. I could find and add them to the list but this just produces video files that don't play. Bottom line, it doesn't work. Who knows what sort of files and registry values will be left over after I uninstall it.

Great program! Finds duplicates, quickly and easily organizes my media files and automatically gets all information about them. This is the best I've ever seen. Thanks so much!

Drops voice sometimes

I tried it and it kept dropping the voice from the call in the middle of talking. I'm going to try some others. It is free though.
