This program is by far much more user friendly than the Windows on board 'msconfig'. Starter is very easy to use and simply helps to prevent all the 'clutter' that wants to start when Windows boots up. I recommend it without any queries at all.

SpySweeper in my opinion is definitely worth the money; especially the latest user interface. It is unintrusive and operates in the background WITHOUT being resource hungry like others on the market.
