I use ViceVersa Pro everyday to manage synch'ing data from four sources. Before I'd spend two hours a week trying to synch all of this data. Now I spend maybe 10 minutes total. The scheduling feature helped me to automate many of these tasks. $60 is a bit expensive, but ViceVersa is worth every cent.

I've used BackupMyPC for years and was never completely happy, especially with restoring files. I tried Cobian and now it's my main backup program. Not only is it extremely easy to use, but restores are a breeze. No more catalogs or proprietary formates to deal with. Highly recommended due to the ease of use, small footprint and wealth of features.

Opera

I've been a user since version 4.0 and this browser is awesome! Better security than either IE or Firefox, fast page rendering and a huge number of features. The pop-up blocking in Opera is light years ahead. Some find the price of registering a turn off, but for $40 you get a license for all platforms, plus more features and security. To me that's well worth the price.

While this is a nice program, I was quite upset that they changed it to shareware without any warning! I understand the author wants to be rewarded for their effort, but they should offer the older free version still or a new lite one. I can't find anywhere on the website that addresses this change either - most documentation still mentions it as free.

I started out using the Lite version of the product and was so impressed, I bough the full version. Finding out detail on the errors was more than worth the price. The porgram is easy to use and is being updated all of the time.

OrangeCD Player

I ve been using OrangeCD played for the last 2 years. It s fast, customizeable and easy to use. I bought the full version so I could catalog my MP3 and CD collections. If nothing else, download this for a great CD player.

After growing tired of paying $40 per year for a commercial AV programs, I tried AVG Free. It works very well inluding e-mail scans. I ve been using it for over a year now without any problems.
