This program work well, and is far more reliable than say using the built-in Windows burner. One thing to take note is that you should never burn a CD or DVD at max speed, because it probably will NOT work, you have to take into account both the maximum burning speed of the disk and the drive; there were a few times when this program would not burn a disk ... and this is the reason why. Other than that, the interface is simple and user-friendly, and there are plenty of nice features ... and it's free.

Once you get this program to work, it does work very well. (If you are having problems installing try different download sites, or just try downloading it again) The only program I know that offers this level of functionality for FREE ! Depending on hard drive size, the hard-drive encryption process may take a while, like 3 hours for 50 GB, but it's worth the wait. Nice interface, very few minor bugs. Make sure to put the file called 'SecurityInfo' in a secure location, you will need it for changes, updates, and uninstall. (Floppy or removable disk is a good place for it)

This is a very good program for more than just astronomical processing, although that is what it was designed for. It does well processing all sorts of images containing scientific type data. Clean interface, lots of filters and functionality. You may need to read the manual in order to do some of the more advanced functions, but overall ease of use is quite good for a program in its genre, which often tend to be far more complex.

This program does work. I have DSL, and it definitely did speed up Firefox by at least 50 %, I'd say. Works for fast and slow computers as well as connections. So try it !

Although this program says it turns off Windows Messenger, it actually turns it on. When I had this program installed, several of my anti-spyware programs including Microsoft Anti-Spyware would tell me that Windows Messenger was on every time I turned on my computer. After I uninstalled this program it never happened again. Also, if you try to open a new window (File -> New Window) with this program on, the so called "smart" pop-up blocker blocks it !!! Somehow "smart" does not quite fit this pop-up blocker.

One of the main features that distinguishes this pop-up blocker from similar ones is its ability to block floating ads. No other pop-up blocker I have ever used could do that. And, since most of the ads nowadays are floating ads, or at least the ones I encounter most often, that means a lot. Many other useful features as well, and it is now free (it used to be shareware) !!!

This program caught things that Microsoft Antispyware, Yahoo Antispyware, and Ad-Aware all missed. The items included: Adware: ShopAtHomeSelect, Adware: Morpheus Adware, Trojan Horse: Trojan-Backdoor-Kyrdor, System Monitor: Visual Log. The interface is very neat and user-friendly, lots of checkpoints or 'shields' that monitor and prevent adware/spyware installation and self-run capabilities. Very frequent and comprehensive updates. What more can I say ? I would not normally spend over $10 for any comparable program, but I think this one is definitely worth the $30 price tag. If you don't believe me, try the free trial.

I'm not a Microsoft fan, but this program definitely is worth the download, mainly because it detects things Ad-aware and Spybot don't and it can actually remove most of them. Unfortunately, in my opinion, which is based on real data, this beta will be the one and only free version, and it will expire in July. Please tell me if I am wrong, but I'm almost positive that I am right, or will be in the end.

This program works great, and it is the only free registry cleaner I have found that does NOT mess up Windows !!! It really helps speed things up, so try it =)

Why buy Microsoft Office for $ 120 when OpenOffice can do much more for free ? You can even make PDFs !!! Word can't ! And Word crashes every 5 minutes, while OpenOffice Word Processing never crashed once ! This program is amazing ! I just wish they could add more features and compatibility to make the Presentation feature better than Powerpoint (I think they will soon).

This program costs $40, but OpenOffice can convert .doc to .pdf for free !!! So, why pay ?

This program is awesome. In fact, it is so awesome that I'm gonna uninstall all my other players, who needs them ? If you are looking for a great media player, this is it !!! No frame loss, like in Windows Media Player, or "Why go pro ?" annoying pop-up in Quicktime, or huge ad banners in Real Player, etc. This is far better, so give it a try =)

I've been using this program for over a year and is works great. Except for one thing, today I downloaded Yahoo anti-spy, which I thought would be pretty useless, since this program should take care of all spyware, right? Not really. Yahoo anti-spy found 2 keylogger programs which Ad-Aware missed. It may not seem like much, but keyloggers are REALLY BAD, now I have to change all my passwords everywhere, since now some loser hacker in some run-down bungalow by the freeway knows them !!! =(

This program works very well, no real risk of messing anything up, unlike Xteq. If only there were more tweaks included. Maybe they will add more. Either way, this has some great tweaking options.

I really like this program. Great interface, cool, clean GUI. If you like art and even if you don't, do try this program, it really is amazing! I think this program has huge potential. And best of all, it won't make a mess in your room =)

I've tried to install this program several times, and after about 5 or 6 tries it finally worked, and when I go to scan some files, it scans for a few seconds then stops. So I try again, and it does the same thing, so I gave up. Instead, I recommend Spyware Blaster and Ad-Aware combined. They are far better.

I didn't want to ruin its perfect 100% score, although I could have. It works ok, but it does have bugs. I've tried unzipping and zipping many files, and it usually worked, but sometimes it put out corrupt files that could not be opened anymore. Other than that, and the not so user friendly interface, it does what it says. However, if you are also having problems with this program try IZarc, I've never had any problems with it. Either way ZipGenius and IZarc are the best ones here, and they're free, so try them both, and pick your favorite =)

This is the best RAM manager out there, or at least the best I have found. It causes no errors, unlike some other RAM managers I have tried, it actually WORKS !!! And, it is FREE! So get it if you are having RAM related problems =)

This program works well for cleaning the registry and disk, system info., and optimizing windows interface ... but other than that not much else. It does these very well, but I can't say it is worth $39.99 !?!

Well if you are having problems with Acrobat being real slow, this is the program to get ... it sped it up at least 10 fold ... all I can say is wow ... why didn't I get this program earlier ... oh and in case you guys didn't know go to www.adobe.com for Adobe Acrobat 6.0 so you can use this program.

I tried this program a few months ago and after using Registry Cleanup, my system Windows XP started giving me all sorts of errors. So if you plan on using this feature be very CAREFUL ... do NOT use if you don't know what you are doing ... like me =)

Very potent spyware blocker. It works even better when used with Ad-Aware. Spyware Blaster blocks adware while Ad-Aware removes adware that Spyware Blaster might miss. It's awesome ... get it!
