Great - but pricey
Registry Workshop version 4.2.3
I must agree wholeheartedly with gbjennings. This is indeed the best registry editor around, but it is still a bit expensive compared to others, including a few free regedit replacements.

It's outstanding !
FileTypesMan version 1.52
I am a huge fan of Nir Sofer, and this utility is no exception to the rule. It works great and I find it far easier to use than wading through Microsoft's file and folder options to accomplish the same thing. And, as opposed to an earlier comment, you can indeed make system changes with this program. My guess is the last reviewer is not familiar with the context menu. ;-)

It absolutely rocks !
PicPick version 2.1.1
Been using PicPick as my screen capture tool for close to a year now and it is absolutely awesome! The fact that it is FREE is simply frosting on the cake!

This little application really rocks !
Hide Folders 2009 version 3.2
I tried many others, but Hide Folders 2009 does exactly what I (or anyone else) need to keep sensitive information from prying eyes. It is capable of showing folders when you open it with a password and closing them automatically upon application close. All you have to do it try it to agree it's the best around.

It works great
WirelessKeyView version 1.27
Like all of Nir Sofer`s software, it works great and delivers exactly what it claims. What more can or should you expect. Thanks, Nir!

No explorer integration
Freeraser version 1.0.0.10
There are other, and better, erasers available that integrate with your explorer menu so you can erase files directly from Windows explorer.

It's outstanding
SyncBackSE version 5.3.0.18
I've tried many backup utilities and this one tops them all. You can 'program' this little beauty to backup, restore or ignore virtually any file(s) or folder(s) you choose. Keep up the great work!

If you are smart, you will get this one!
EASEUS Partition Master version 3.0
It's not only the best of all the partition managers I have tried over the years, but FREE on top of that! Thanks for a GREAT product and keep up the good work!

Same problem !
MyDefrag version 3.35
I reviewed this product over 9 months ago and gave it a poor rating because it totally wiped out all of my Vista restore points. Now here we are 9 months later and V3.35 does exactly the same thing ! Great... If you are a Vista user, you have been warned!

Good tool, but too costly.
Pc Tools File Recover
It seems to work great, but compared to other (FREE) file undelete utilities available, it's far overpriced...

It's great
Wise Registry Cleaner Free version 3.6.2
I use several registry cleaners and this one often finds useless registry entries that the others ignore. Thanks for a great product!

The best in my humble opinion
Rename Master version 2.8.0
I've tried a lot of file renaming utilities and this one is THE BEST, everything considered. The fact that it's free is simply icing on the cake. GET IT.

Works great
Eraser version 5.86a
Fantastic secure deletion utility with the additional ability to securely delete your hard drive`s free space. One thing I would like to see added is the ability to pick and choose the type of erasure for the recycle bin instead of having all seven choices to choose from each time I attempt to erase my recycle bin.

There are better ones
JAP version 00.09.010
Fifteen 'megabytes' ? WOW ! One could write a whole operating system. Far too large for what it accomplishes...

It's a great utility but...
Vista Manager version 1.4.0
This monster has sooo many tweaks. Almost mind boggling. Really a great piece of software BUT it is definitely a bit on the pricey side, considering less expensive and even free ones available. The author would do well to reduce the price by $10 or $15 so that more people might purchase this great utility.

It`s geek-a-licious !
Startup Delayer version 2.3.130
Been using this startup manager for years now, first on Win 98 and most recently on Vista. Most startup managers simply allow you to choose what starts at boot time and what doesn't - and you don't need a startup manager for that. Startup Delayer does much more. It not only allows you to choose what applications and utilities run at boot time, but you can also set the launch timing between applications so they are not all trying to start at the same time. A side benefit of being able to do this is that this allows you to have your apps arranged in your tray the way you want them, not the way your operating system wants them. Best of all, it's FREE. You have nothing to lose by giving it a try. It is THE BEST startup manager I have found.

Far too expensive compared to others...
Recover My Files version 3.9.8.5848
It works great, but compared to other file recovery software I have tested, the price of this one is WAY out of line.

Not worth the price
EZ Wipe version 2.5
Totally agree with the first review of this utility - it's simply not worth it. Too many FREE file erasing utilities available. I would bet this author is a Computer Science student out for a quick buck. He has a lesson to learn about competition. Something like this should be FREE - then charge for the good stuff you write later.

It's the best - bar none !
CCleaner (Slim) version 2.03.532
This little jewel is the best system cleaning utility out there, period. Main reason is that it is customizable, allowing the user (with a bit of computer savvy) to edit an INI file and delete and clean up what THEY want to, both files and registry content. Thanks for a wonderful tool!

The best Windows Explorer replacement
XYplorer version 6.40
I've tried almost all of them, and this one is the best, by far. Especially now - compared to the sorry excuse of a file manager that MS is shipping with Vista. THANKS, Don.
