Its stable, does everything you want it to, is fully skinnable, and has a lot of user support creating plug ins, themes, etc. This is a must have!!

Core program for all my systems

This is a great program! However they had to remove ISO capabilities after 5.2 and I hope they put it back in soon! Fortunately I kept an older copy and its super easy to use it to extract ISO's straight to HD or CD. Also could add support for Stuffit but that is probably licensed too.
