If you ever have tried ... you will probably recognize some of the new features in this version of MAGIC UTILITIES 2005 (v 3.40). Magic Utilities can detect when a programme has leftovers after an unistall and can delete them for you! This is an underestimated programme that deserves a lot more credit. You can easily supervise the start-up programmes and the running one's. Buy this!

Like my fellow reviewer I am also a little bit puzzled by the bad rating of this programme. This is probably the best programme of it's sort! You can uninstall EVERYTHING (literally), even the slightest things which in almost every case is left behind. This is a 5-star product!!

I was not happy with my Windows uninstaller and bought Add/remove Plus!2004. The first thing that happened was that a program wasn't uninstalled completely so I had to buy another program: Magic Utilities - who did the trick. Save your money or buy Magic Utilities!

If you think that Spyremover seems to be the same program as Spybot you're absolutely right. Patrik M Kolla, the creator of Spybot, needed money and made a OEM-version of Spybot in cooperation with InfoNetworks Technology Company. The programs are identical, but this is not a question about theft. Spybot is the same program - and for free - but that doesn't mean that Spyremover is a bad programme. Not at all. If you want to support Patrik M Kolla - buy this program!

The best antivirus package in the world today
Panda Antivirus Platinum version 7.02

I have tried Norton 2002, 2003 and 2004, AVG free edition and pro-edition, F-secure 2003 and Panda Antivirus platinum and Panda is by far the best program. It combines the lightness of F-secure and AVG with the very good functions of Norton security. It finds - and deletes - virus, worms, trojans, spyware and all other malicious software as keyloggers etc. It is easy to use and configure and can even speak to you and inform you about it's doings. Well you must try it for your self and see it. The money spent on this program is well spent!

Anti-trojan Shield is supposed to be one of the best Anti-trojan programs on the market according to it's developers, but that's certainly not my opinion. The program is slow!The update engine was very slow when I used the program and the searchengine was slow which irritated me a lot, so I uninstalled the program but it left a lot of parts of the program in the register and in the windows upstart which made me even more reluctant to pay 29,95$ for this program again. To summarize: don't buy this product. It exists much better products in the same genre.

Spy Sweeper version 2.6.1

SpySweeper has the functions of Ad-aware,spybot and Spywareblaster combined and the programs definitions is frequently updated. The program is easy to install and to uninstall. It doesn't demand a lot of memory and is extremely effective. The only thing to be negative about is the prize and that Webroot hasn't created a free-edition variant of the program, as Lavasoft did with Ad-aware 6.0. I can STRONGLY recommend Webroot Spysweeper!
