This is perfect for the traveling support person (like me) with a laptop. No negatives - 100% recommended and it's free too. I have added it to my USB memory toolkit. Very highly recommended.

This is an uncomplicated little tool. UI is acceptable, and it does what it claims, however I prefer something more sophisticated. It would however make a good edition to tools carried on a USB memory stick, being only 73kB. Take a look and decide for yourself...
