It is easier to use than a competitor but it allows you to convert to less video formats. That is the only downfall that I have seen. I like the fact that it automatically assigns the video title to the filename.

I love the features of this program. It's awesome, easy to install, highly functional, and is pleasing to the eye. In addition, it appears not to nag about upgrading to the pro version(i like that)

The only thing that I didn't really like about it was I had difficulty with the folder synchronization. I also think the disk cleanup tool could use some improvements. However, its hard to complain about freeware.
