A truly excellent piece of freeware. Easily makes sparkling nova-like effects on any .BMP image. The user can change colors and intensity of the effect with a very easy to use interface. This is a standalone, FREE program that creates effects that rival even some of the big software giants. Really a must to have. Thanks as always to the great makers of Freeware. MoRphEuZ

- Overall:
Resource Hacker is by far the easiest to use of all of the programs of its type. It lets you effortlessly extract icons and other graphics from a given .exe file; and, if you know what you are doing sometimes allows the user to actually modify the program itself. Really GREAT piece of Freeware. Long live Freeware and those that produce Freeware programs. MoRphEuZ
