I have had no problem installing Google Desktop Search (Beta), neither with my firewall (Sygate pro) neither with the anti-virus (Kaspersky) neither with spyware/pests (Ad-aware Pro, Spybot, Spyware Blaster), but ... But Google Desktop in my opinion is maybe worth it within a huge database and within extensive use of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, mainly), otherwise it's like taking your car to move a hundred yards: you'd better just walk.

For your eyes, a gorgeous graphism, but for your eyes not only : all main system data is exposed, and more. Very nice work !
