The application creates a list allowing you to minimize to the tray any running application.. Even if the application doesn't have a window to go along with it. With a little more work by the programmer this could be a great application.

The application adds extra buttons to your windows (next to the maximize and minimize buttons) The author didn't take into consideration windows XP style gui features. Overall if you are using 2000 or XP in classic mode then its a great application. If not then your better off trying something else.

Very nice looking but lacking key elements

BlogExpress is a very easy to use and nice looking application. However it lacks the ability to read gzip compressed rss feeds which prevents you from reading high traffic feeds.

By first look I'm sure you could tell that this application wasnt meant to replace Microsoft word. Its basically a small NFO viewer. Do you really need my options or a pretty interface when reading an NFO? Na.. Its top notch in my book, exactly want I wanted.
