The installation went smoothly but there is a donation nag screen at program startup which you can disable. This program has no help file and it's far too complex for this to be the case. There is a tutorial tab on the home page but it's doesn't provide any info about how to use the program from what I can see. Maybe I missed something. Also, the program calls out to a server (home.versatel.nl [62.58.50.15], port 80) at startup and I can't, for the life of me, figure out why.

This program is bundled with two 15 day trialware programs (DivX Converter 6.5 and DivX Pro Codec 6.8). It's also bundled with that miserable Yahoo toolbar, so if you install this garbage despite my warnings, be sure to uncheck that option during setup. Finally, this whole mess is WAY more than you need, contains too many modules and you can't select which of them to leave out during setup. You have to uninstall what you don't like after installation is complete and that uninstallation does a very poor job. Leaves garbage all over your hard drive which you have to manually delete. Overall, I give this bundleware (it's not freeware, IMO) a 2 out of 10.

Internet Explorer 7 is no more freeware than is an update to Notepad or any other module that's integrated into the Windows Operating System. This Windows Operating System update should be removed from the Snapfiles listings. Links type favorites are on the tab toolbar and can only be removed, not moved to another bar. Thus, all the tabs get scrunched to one side if you want to keep your Links viewable. The search field is not optional and can't be removed. The size of the *location* field can't be adjusted and nothing can be added to the Address Bar. Overall regarding the bars, IE7 is far less configurable than IE6. More "undefined terminology" type settings are listed under the Custom Level Security Settings as well as under the "Advanced" tab. Addons often cost money. I had IE7, I took it off my system. Don't waste your time until they fix all the problems this update has. Again though, Snapfiles should delist Internet Explorer 7.

This program provides a virtual, correctly scaled solar system on your computer. To say it's amazing is far short of the reality! Please give it a try so that it will keep being developed.

This program is written by somebody who assumes *way* too much knowledge on the part of the end user. The interface is ludicrously complex and there is no help file. For instance, how do you simply open a .pdf file to examine?? To the author, sorry but I'm taking it off of my system.
