Very smooth and professional, and it does just what it says with no hitch. One will outgrow it once one does know HTML and wants to fiddle with the code directly, but for casual web design it offers everything.

This is a nice prog, but the .net framework requirement means all the nifty styles and layouts are useless unless the page is viewed in IE. Firefox will only get a very basic gallery, and then other gallery generators do a better job. Also, you have to disable IE's active content blockers to get the extra options, so even IE's already minimal security has to be turned off to get the gallery's full use. I hate to rag on good freeware, but ignoring Firefox is a HUGE penalty, and active content, however useful, is too sketchy to allow.
