Simple enough to use. When starting the program, all menu items are greyed out. Once the first frame is added, the menu options become available. Then it is just a matter of adding the frames, arranging them in the order required, adding effects if you wish - and build your animation! The program requires that your desktop resolution be set to a minimum 1024 x 768 pixels. If it is not already set at that, the program will ask permission to set those settings, then on program close, it returns your desktop to your previous settings. Considerate, well-mannered program! During installation you are presented with the option to install the Third Party application 'Crawler' toolbar. It is easy enough to decline this 'offer' for a clean install. A perfectly adequate GIF animator. Thanks to the developer.
