After evaluating several similar programs, we chose this product. The program is skinnable and configurable to the extreme. I have changed the monitoring window and added additional stats, and added a script which talks to Bandwidth Monitor and imports the data into chat. Unlike some of the others, there is no noticeable slowdown on the PC. I had a couple questions, and the author was courteous and helpful. After using the freeware version for a brief time, we decided to register for their PRO version. I highly recommend this utility.
