Good ideas - not the best execution

- Overall:
This application serves needs which are missing in Microsoft Outlook. However, it causes some delays and isn't as configurable as I had hoped. All and all it is a good product, but it just didn't meet my needs. WORD OF CAUTION: After I uninstalled, I was not able to view my original Outlook Tasks. I'm waiting on tech support to let me know how to resolve the problem.
