An auto refresh that does just that...nothing extra..nothing fancy...just refreshes the web page of your choice, very much needed in my application.

This is well worth the short download and install time. The toolbar that it creates is simple and it works. It used the space left over by the Google toolbar, so no real estate space was lost. My comments below are meant for the author. 1. Thanks for putting this up for free! 2. I would have liked to have an extra feature: some kind of systray alert that tells me something has changed (I use this tool to 'pop' my webmail page from work). 3. The toolbar button is super-large with bold font. It would look more professional if it were smaller and look more like the icons in the Google toolbar.

This is a nice, easy-to-install little program that refreshes your pages at any rate you wish. I use it for refreshing cam sites that need to be refreshed to update the cam, and my chat group site to see if there are any new posts, while I am doing other tasks, or away from my desk. I like its simple-to-adjust-the-function toolbar. How did I get this far without it, I'll never know.
