Some time zones are incorrect
Some time zones used in WorldTime are NOT accurate. Example: Times shown for Barnaul and Novosibirsk (Russia) are off by an hour (they should be GMT +6 hrs., not GMT +7 hours). I have noticed this now for more than 2 years running and have contacted Pawprint.net, the publisher, but they do not bother to correct the program errors. Daylight Savings Time changes for certain geographic locations also sometimes do not take place on the proper date; the program apparently is not updated when different locales change their local date for the Spring and Fall time changes. In my opinion, WorldTime is not worth a 4-star rating, I'd give it a 1- or 2-star rating at most.

Handy piece of software
This is a good piece of software. It is especially useful if you like to chat with people all over the world with the ability to know their current time. It has many features that are nice; like the ability to plot distances to any part of the world on the global map. I had a little trouble with the task bar, but I was able to correct that in the Preferences menu. This software is worth checking out.

Problems with task bar.
Seemingly a great piece of free software but the main problem for me was that it stopped Media player from minimzing to its own toolbar in my taskbar. As a result I regretably had to take it off my system. Could not go to site to report this bug.
